The Directorate of Teachers Training Institution in Sindh is a vital organization responsible for enhancing the quality of education in the province. With its jurisdiction spanning across the entire province of Sindh, the Directorate oversees 41 institutions that offer various (Pre-Service / In-Service) Teacher Training Programs. The Directorate in promoting effective teaching practices and preparing qualified teachers for Sindh's educational institutions.

The Associate Degree in Education (ADE) focuses on contemporary pedagogical techniques, adequate knowledge of subject matter, and development of effective instructional, teaching communication, creative and critical thinking skills.
This course will be of 40 weeks duration excluding vacations and other holidays. It will run on semester system lines and there will be a minimum 03 33 working hours in a week.
It is the education that teaches about one’s eastern culture, language, life style, people, and its history. In Sindh oriental education, books like Pakistan Studies, Arabic, Nazra Quran are included in which students learn about the background and important historical events of that time.
